Every 90 seconds for up to 15 minutes (10 rounds maximum) untilpower jerk failure
1 press + 1 push press + 1 power jerk
Notice the increase in reps and the additional time per round. You know the rest of the drill.

We completed this benchmark working this past January. As Wednesday’s workout was nothing but barbell, today’s workout is nothing but your own body.
